Insurance Coverage

  • Up to $1M General Liability Insurance

  • $1M Errors & Omissions Insurance for Preservation Contracts

  • Auto Insurance and Workers’ Compensation (as applicable)

 

Other Requirements

  • Proper licensing and bonding (where required)

  • Demonstrated professionalism and reliability in service delivery
